Reconstitution of Drugs Technical Advisory Board (DTAB) {S.O. 1159(E) dated 12.03.2025}

In exercise to the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 5 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (23 of 1940) hereinafter referred to as ‘the Act’ and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Number S.O. 4326(E) dated the 18th October, 2021, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government has hereby reconstitutes the Drugs Technical Advisory Board consisting of the following members, namely: –
